My name is Nico Cavallino and I own a martial arts academy in America 
I teach Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Kali, Silat, Panantukan, Muay Thai, Savate and boxing. My training method is called Adaptive Combat method and it is part of Allied Martial Arts Academy.
I teach my method at the academy along with my partner who teaches BJJ. My family is from Terrasini Sicily, they came to America in 1972 for a better life. I also teach kids classes as well. The kids learn kickboxing, weaponry, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and archery.
I am instilling discipline and structure for kids and adults. I try to set a good example by training hard and always seeking to improve my knowledge and continue to grow as a martial artist. Since I was a small child martial artists always fascinated to me the way they moved their bodies and the incredible discipline they possessed.
I wanted to have that and to be like them. I believed they were magical. All these years later that feeling has never gone away. I love to express myself through movement and martial arts.
